Hey everyone, my name is Shantel Perez! I am an Army Veteran and military spouse. We moved to Huntsville a couple years ago from Colorado Springs and we absolutely love it. I started real estate because I love “a good challenge”. Real estate is very challenging but so rewarding all at the same time. I love going to bed at the end of the night with a full heart knowing I helped a client get into their new home. I am also a military relocation professional (certified) because Veterans hold a special place in my heart and I wanted to make sure I have the best, most updated knowledge when it comes to my VA clients and their VA loans. I really believe that God led me to Real estate & i’ve met the most amazing people, clients & friends along the way.
